Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date.Cloth will not return after shrinks.Without invoice the cloth will not be returned.No guaranty of indian and fancy cloth.Guaranty is valid before the shrinks.Return / Exchange only for standard cloth.

Refund Policy for online customer

i- The Item (s) is Faulty or Damaged at the time of Delivery.

2- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to [email protected]

3- You will be required to Email/WhatsApp Photographic evidence of the defective item at [email protected] or at our WhatsApp Number +923005415561 to proceed with exchange or Return Policy.

4- There are following cases where we will not accept any Returns & Exchanges. Such Scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

i- Discount Products

ii- Exchange Request is made outside the specific time frame.

iii- Product is Damaged due to use..

Iv- Anything is missing from the package including Price tags, Original Packing and Accessories.

A “refund” may only be issued if:

i- Customer Cancel the order, before we starts processing the shipment.

ii- The item (s) does not match specification of the product or is not found same as you had actually purchased.

Any items that are on discounted prices are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Shipping Costs (both Ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customers. We are only responsible for shipping costs on Defective/Wrong Products Only.
