Return and Exchange
Only Damaged Product will b Change not refundable. Product which have any stains, emit, body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damaged or water stains will not be accepted for return or exchanges. Product tags should be intact. Also there will b no returns & exchanges during promotional/sale periods.

- Cash on delivery orders: Return will be in the form of pay orders
- For all cash on delivery orders, request for pay order will b filed. Please send us the following information:
1. Bank account no.
2. Account title
3. Branch code
4. CNIC no.
5. Order no.
6. Product for return
- For orders paid using credit/debit card, return will be credited into the same account. It takes up to 5 working days for online return to reflect on your statement.
Any shipping, handing costs or taxes are non-refundable.
